How to Overhaul the FTM Mobile Crushing Plant?

Mobile crushers are driven by the four wheels. To make the overhaul work, you need to dismantle the four wheels in travel mechanism. You need to lift up the mobile crushers on special stand for overhaul with 150t crane. The overhaul needs to spend one week.

Since the crushed breeze is stored on the track, pressure on bearings can increase. Once track is deflected, service life of bearings would be greatly shortened. Crushing teeth and crushing roller are connected by the pin. If running for a much longer period, pin will be ruptured due to the collision of hard materials.

If distance between crushing teeth and crushing roller is too large, mobile crushing plant will waggle. Since crushing teeth waggles up and down on crushing roller, bearings at the side of crushing roller are impacted. Gradually, service life of bearing will be shortened.

If sealing condition of shield is poor, powdered coke will block the mobile chains. Once chains are locked, travel mechanism of mobile crushing plant would be damaged. If track of mobile crushing plant is cobbly, it will slip and incline. Service life of bearings will be seriously influenced.

During the process to overhaul mobile crushers, you should notice the lubricating situation. If lubricating grease is little in the bearing box, travel mechanism will have the high failure rate. All the above points are the objective factors for the frequent damage of bearings. As to the subject factor, it should be blamed to the deficiency of lubrication and maintenance.
