Grease Used to Lubricate Parts of PE Jaw Crusher

To ensure the bearing be appropriately lubricated with grease, you should fill the bearing seat with grease except for the space in bearing. According to the practices, it is appropriate to lubricate the one third in bearing and bearing seat. If PE jaw crusher runs in a high speed, the filling space should be smaller than one third.

Under the low revolving speed, it is advisable to fill the whole space of bearing with grease. The limit revolving speed of bearing can be 1,300r/mim. Actual revolving speed of bearing can be 73r/min. As practices show that, bearing cup can be wholly filled with lubricating grease if roller of jaw crusher machine runs at from 73r/min to 100r/min. What’s more, excessive lubrication can not occur.

During the working process, jaw crusher machine can not have the problem of excessive lubrication. Much amount of lubricating grease, greater the work of jaw crusher machine. Since pump used for lubricating grease is not the kind that can work continuously, you should not use the oil pump for a much longer period.

For the first time to fill oil, you must ensure the filling amount be standard and try your best to avoid the poor lubrication.
