After the cleaning work, we need to check the lubricating work. Bearings of reducer should be lubricated in a spattering way. When bearings need to be dismantled for cleaning, we can add proper amount of calcium-sodium base grease. Its amount takes about one third in bearings. If we find that venthole is blocked, we should immediately dismantle the filter for cleaning.
During the working process of roller crusher, oil temperature in reducer should not be higher than 80℃. If not, we should immediately shut down this machine and check failures. If output shaft does not work during the working process of reducer, we should dismantle the reducer for check whether the key connection is destroyed or not.
