Two Ways Used to Change Plates of Vertical Crusher

There are two ways that we can use to change the liner plates of compound crusher at bottom without the necessity to dismantle the upper plates. During the first installing process, we can place the wedge-shaped plates at all layers on one line. By doing so, we can take them out together and do not need to dismantle other plates.

For the second way, we can use a gas cutting to cut a plate. Then, we can take others out. Every day, we should check the distance between every plates. If it is smaller than 6mm, we need to cut off corners. From the upper rack, we can take out the beam. Pressure is required to separate the taper fit between beam edge and upper rack.

When beam is on place, we can install beam sleeve to avoid the damage on sealing. Before assembling beam, we must firstly install pipe sleeve. When beam is installed well and compound crusher works for several hours, screws for jointing upper rack and beam will become loose. Therefore, we should check and tighten screws after compound crusher works for a certain period.

Before taking the sleeve out from compound crusher, we should firstly check the distance between beam sleeve and spindle sleeve at the pivot. If the distance is too large, we must change the two sleeves or one of them. After dismantling the fastener, we can easily take out the backplates of beam arm. Frequently, we need to see whether backplates are excessively worn out.
