Unique Structure of FTM Impactor Crusher

The impactor crusher is mainly made up of impacting board, board hammer, roller wheel, supporting bearing as well as pressing, adjusting and driving devices. During the working process of impact crusher, materials are fed on grates from the feeding mouth. The finer materials drop into the lower hull through grate seam.

For those larger materials, they flip on rotors along with the screen surface. On the rotors, there is a hammer with certain height. Being driven by motors, rotors run at a high speed. The materials on rotors are hit by the plate hammer and then rapidly hit the impacting board.

The whole working area is made of two areas. The first area is composed of grate, rotor and impacting board. The second area is formed by impacting board and rotor. Inside the first area, raw materials are hit and crushed, then are delivered into second area for being impacted again. The finished products are screened out from the discharging mouth.

Since the structure of impact crusher is unique, we can adjust the distance between impacting board and board hammer, easily control the size and shape of finished products. With features of large feeding mouth and deep crushing cavity, the impactor crusher can also deal the hard materials. By using the impactor crusher only, we can save a lot of troubles.
